Annalee Avenue STEAM Magnet will be the beginning of a student’s K-12 journey in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Students will build the foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to advance to middle and high school STEAM programs fully prepared for a college education or career in respective STEAM related fields. Our goal is to provide the trajectory of preparation needed to meet the needs of a 21st Century workforce in a global society.

Students at Annalee STEAM Magnet will have opportunities to explore with one-to-one iPads, engage in the scientific and engineering practices through hands-on science lab experiences, visits from the California State University, Dominguez Hills mobile FAB lab, Apple SWIFT Coding clubs. Additionally, students will attend the STEM in Action Conference for Kids and host an annual STEAM fair to showcase their theme-based learning to parents, students, and community partners.
