The Medical Magnet will offer a Sports Medicine strand that will prepare students for a range of careers, including Certified Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, and other forms of athletic therapeutics. Additionally, a broader Medical Care strand will introduce students to the worlds of clinical practice, nursing, as pharmacists, administrators, as well as careers within information technology. All university required courses will have medicine and healthcare as an additional focus.
