CHOICES 2011-2012
The eChoices website is currently unavailable while it is being updated to reflect
the information from the upcoming 2011-2012 Choices brochure. Please refer to the
following timeline for your convenience:

Second Week of November 2010:
|
Pre-printed, personalized brochures will be mailed to the homes of all Los Angeles
Unified School District (LAUSD) residents who are currently enrolled in an LAUSD
school in grades kindergarten through eleven.

Third Week of November 2010:
|
For students who did not receive a pre-printed Choices brochure in the mail, blank
applications will be sent to all LAUSD schools, LAUSD Local District Offices and
Los Angeles City Libraries. Brochures may also be picked up at Student Integration
Services, 333 S. Beaudry Avenue, 25th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

Friday, December 17, 2010:
|
Deadline to submit the 2011-2012 Choices application. The 2011-2012 Choices
application must be postmarked or received by Student Integration Services, 333
S. Beaudry Avenue, 25th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017, no later than Friday, December
17, 2010 at 5:00p.m. Parents who choose to submit the application by certified
mail, registered mail, etc. may use the address above.

OPCIONES 2011-2012

Los folletos preimpresos y personalizados se enviarán por correo a los hogares de
todos los residentes del Distrito Unificado de Los Angeles (LAUSD) inscritos actualmente
en grados del kindergarten al once.

Tercera Semana de Noviembre de 2010:
|
Se enviarán los folletos OPCIONES no personalizados a todas las escuelas de LAUSD,
Oficinas de los Distritos Locales de LAUSD, y a las bibliotecas de Los Angeles,
para aquellos estudiantes que no lo recibieron por correo. Los folletos también
estarán disponibles en nuestra oficina: Servicios de Integración Estudiantil, 333
S. Beaudry Avenue, 25th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

Opciones 2011–2012 debe estar matasellada o entregada personalmente en nuestra oficina:
Servicios de Integración Estudiantil, 333 S. Beaudry Avenue, 25th Floor, Los Angeles,
CA 90017, el viernes 17 de diciembre de 2010, no más tarde de las 5 p.m.
Los padres que opten por enviarla por correo certificado, registrado, etc., pueden
